Welcome to sahuPatrika! Our mission is to provide a safe, respectful, and genuine platform for individuals and families seeking a life partner. These guidelines are the standards of conduct we expect from every member. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in account termination.
1. Uphold Authenticity and Honesty 💯
The foundation of matrimony is trust. We require all profiles to be genuine.
Be Yourself: You must be the sole person represented in your profile.
Accurate Information: All profile information—including name, age, religion, education, location, and marital status—must be true and accurate. Misrepresenting your identity, intentions, or background is prohibited.
Recent Photos: Use clear, recent photos where you are prominently visible.
No Impersonation: Do not create a profile for anyone else unless you are a verified representative (e.g., parent, sibling) with explicit permission. Do not impersonate celebrities or public figures.
One Account: You may only operate one sahuPatrika account at a time.
2. Maintain Respect and Decorum 🙏
Treat all members and their families with the courtesy and respect expected in a serious matrimonial search.
Respectful Communication: Do not engage in harassment, bullying, trolling, stalking, or intimidation. This includes verbal abuse, aggressive language, or excessive, unwanted contact.
No Hate Speech: We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that promotes, advocates for, or condones discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, caste, religious belief, disability, sexual orientation, gender, or age.
Respect Boundaries: If a member asks you to stop contacting them, you must immediately comply. Do not repeatedly try to contact a member who has blocked or unmatched you.
3. Ensure Safety and Privacy 🔒
Protecting yourself and others is paramount.
No Explicit Content: sahuPatrika is a family-friendly platform. Absolutely no nudity, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content is allowed in profiles, photos, or public messages.
Protect Private Information: Do not publicly display or share any private financial information (bank details, payment IDs) or sensitive personal information (passwords, government IDs) in your profile or public chat.
Be Cautious with Contact Details: Exercise caution when sharing unlisted contact information (phone number, home address, personal email) with a match. Do so only when you are comfortable and ready to progress the conversation outside the app.
No Violence or Threats: Content that depicts, encourages, or threatens any form of physical harm, violence, or illegal activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct 🚫
The following activities are strictly prohibited on sahuPatrika:

| Prostitution/Trafficking | Promoting or advocating for commercial sexual services or human trafficking. | |
| Spam/Malware | Posting unsolicited links, spam, malware, or content designed to disrupt the platform or user experience. | |
| Inappropriate Photos | Posting photos of unaccompanied minors (children must always be fully clothed and appear with an adult in the photo). | |
| Screenshot Restriction | Users are requested to respect others’ privacy and are advised not to take screenshots, screen recordings, or share any sensitive user information in any form. Such actions will be considered a violation of our policy and may lead to immediate account termination and legal action upon detection. |
5. Reporting Violations 🚨
We depend on our community to help keep sahuPatrika safe.
How to Report: If you encounter any profile, message, or behavior that violates these guidelines, please use the “Report” feature available on every profile and chat screen.
Action: Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports immediately and takes appropriate action, which may include warnings, permanent account suspension, or reporting to law enforcement when required.
